fast as the brain stops working on an empty stomach, So here I have brought up
to you these remedies as mentioned below to have an effective weight loss with
satisfaction.

1. What Proteins and Vegetables are
effective for weight loss?
Proteins usually make
up to 15 % of Persons Total Bodyweight & play a significant factor in
reducing weight and plus it doesn't have side effects.
A high Protein diet
encourages eating more protein and fewer carbohydrates or fat to boost weight
loss, improve energy & enhances Athletic Performance.
Research suggests a diet that is high in protein can help people lose weight.
Proteins are mostly
found in animal products one including chicken, eggs, fish, and meat, and as
our human behavior is mostly prone to eat Nonveg so it's good to have it as our
Hobby.
The above mentioned Nonveg
should not be consumed oily because, oily products and been resulted in obesity
or overweight like junk foods.
Some of the Healthy sources of Protein
Include
- Eggs - Boiled especially with a glass of Milk
- Chicken, Meat, Pork, Beef
- Lupine, lentils, clover, carob
- Seafood Products
The Intake of the
above-mentioned food will not only lose your weight but also help for your Hair
Growth in the scalp especially milk and boiled Eggs & not the fried ones.
Here is my personal experience in short words and sentences
about Milk and Boiled Eggs.
I was 70 Kg in weight,
in the last month of April.
I started my morning
with 2 Boiled Eggs and a glass of milk with the same course in the evening.
I found that I was not
feeling Hungry at the Lunch and the Dinner; the way I used to be Hungry was
very annoying for me because I used to lose my temper and was thinking about
Anger Management Class to join.
But this changed me
completely as I started eating 50 % less than what I used to eat before and not
only resulted in weight loss but also gave me a good sense of humor and strong
energy all day.
Although this helped me
to lose weight by 2 Kg in a month which is a well rank, as I use to eat a lot
and even after, this remedy was worth it.
Try and do follow this
remedy, it's beneficial and will definitely lead you to feel less hungry
when it's time for lunch and Dinner.
2. Have an Intake of Low Carbohydrates
in your Diet

useful remedies to be followed as it may result in belly fat, obesity if not
followed depending upon the category of Carbohydrates.
As a Positive thing
always give positive results, I would Like to mention first the -

All types of fruit with
Skin - Apples, guava, kiwi, strawberry, etc
Grains - Brown Rice,
Popcorn, Pasta, Bread
Vegetables those are high
in Fiber - Sweet Potatoes, Carrot, Broccoli, Capsicum, and Cabbage.
Beans those are high in

to increase in the blood leading it to gain more weight.

3. Practice Power Yoga for 2 Times a week
Power Yoga is another important tool in losing weight because it not only burns calories but also it
helps increase muscle mass and boost metabolism.
Attending even 2
sessions in a week will help control weight because of its calorie-burning
capacity.
Power yoga increases
stamina reduces smoking habits - reduces the risk of cancer, improves blood
circulation which is good for cardiac diseases, and helps exploding fats in the
Body.
They release harmful
toxins present in the human body in the form of sweat increasing physical
appearance, improving mental condition, flexibility which all measures for
gaining weight.

for 10 minutes and 4 times a week as mentioned below as I personally do it on a
regular basis to stay fit and fine.

Last but not least herewith I am
disclosing my personal experience which I have tried a lot and have been
successful.
Getting up early &
a short 10 minutes morning walk.
Standing for the time
from getting up in the early morning, having a brush, bath, and getting ready
with the clothes in a standing position.
Not sleeping for 2
straight hours after having Dinner, trying to have dinner mostly by 7 pm, and
getting to bed by 10 pm.
A direct sleep with
food can be a boosting mechanism for gaining weight in a body.
Cut off eating white
rice, if addicted, no worry try out using brown rice and see the effect.
