I was 70 Kg in weight, in the last month of April.

I started my morning with 2 Boiled Eggs and a glass of milk with the same course in the evening.

 

I found that I was not feeling Hungry at the Lunch and the Dinner; the way I used to be Hungry was very annoying for me because I used to lose my temper and was thinking about Anger Management Class to join.

 

But this changed me completely as I started eating 50 % less than what I used to eat before and not only resulted in weight loss but also gave me a good sense of humor and strong energy all day.

 

Although this helped me to lose weight by 2 Kg in a month which is a well rank, as I use to eat a lot and even after, this remedy was worth it.
