What is Melatonin?
Melatonin
is a hormone produced in the body that operates the sleep and awakening actions
in Body.
These hormones come from Pineal Gland1 present in our Brain and promote to sleep.
They
occur in the body and help it with sleep timings whenever there is an improper
format observed.
This starts with the body's mental,
physical, and behavioral changes after a disturbing schedule.
Melatonin comes in the form of supplement pills2 only in certain cases and if advised by the doctor as mentioned below.
