Difficult for many of us to get control over our weight because of daily work,
busy schedule, traveling, workload, pressure, balancing our family as
well as professional life, Surviving at our Jobs, Business tension, etc.
Besides in
this Pandemic, where it is advised to stay at home or work from home which
is more prone to an increase in weight.
We hardly
get time from our busy routine to balance our body, to do exercise; so in this situation, it’s very necessary to use these Natural Hacks for getting control
over our weight.
Below
mentioned are 5 Tricks & Tips Ninja Hacks that will definitely help you
reduce fats from your body.
1. Drink Lemon Paste Juice
on an Empty Stomach every morning (Lemon Juice Paste)
Lemon
consists of rich amounts of Fiber, Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin C, small amounts of
B5, B6, B1, B2, Copper
& Iron.
It’s very necessary for you to drink lemon juice1with warm water every morning on an empty stomach. Take 5 lemons cut them in half shape, and remove seeds from them.
Now you
have to make a paste of lemon from Mixture machine – The paste will appear
thick and gravy type, keep this paste in Freezer and you can use it for 7 days.
Every
Morning with an empty stomach take one spoon of Lemon paste with one glass of
warm water and mix the paste with warm water, mix it properly add one spoon of
honey in it and start drinking.
If you have
diabetes, don’t add honey to your juice.
Remember
don’t use that paste for more than 7 days.
You will
start getting effect from the 4th day; you will realize that
your fat has started burning rapidly and weight loss is fast by this
method.
Don’t
preserve this paste in Aluminum or Brass Utensils; I prefer you to preserve
this lemon paste in Glass utensils in a cold atmosphere i.e. Freezer.

2. Drink Lemon Peel Juice Half Hour after Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Lemon peel)
If you
found first procedure lengthy you can also, try this one which is a little easy
the above.
Take a couple of glasses of water, then take a Bowl of Synthetic vinegar white & mix them both
and you can wash 4 lemons from this mixture & now wash these lemons from
plain water.
Cut these 4
lemons half and get juice in a glass, now this juice we are not using in this the procedure you can use this for different foodstuff.
Keep 1
Liter of water for boiling in a Pan.
Put the
Lemon Peels in this boiling water.
Lemon Peels
have various uses which can protect us from Cancer because of its Vitamins
Properties as mentioned above.
Lemon Peels
contains 10 times stronger properties than Lemon Juice.
Warm this
water for 10 minutes until the water starts boiling at @100 C.
Once the
water starts boiling mix it with ½ Spoon of Rock salt / Black Salt – Please
note Rock salt / Black salt is not the regular salt which we use while
cooking food.
Now you can
drink this juice at room temperature or warm the best; half-hour after
breakfast, lunch, or dinner, doesn’t drink it cold.
One Glass
Juice half hour after breakfast, one glass juice a half-hour after lunch, one
glass juice half hour after dinner.
You will
find it difficult to drink for the first time but with days you will be
habituated and the effect will be seen instantly.
3. Don’t Sleep Immediately After Eating for at least 2 Hours
Sleeping immediately after eating causes Digestive problems
because you are not in an upright position which is the preferred way by your
body to digest food which ultimately results in weight gain.
If you wait
to sleep for 2 – 3 hours after your meal, this allows your body time to digest
your food so you are not up at night with an upset stomach, indigestion or
heartburn.
If you give
this time to your body, this allows digestion to occur & the contents of
your stomach to move into your smaller intestine.
You can

Standing insteadof sitting2 for 6 hours in a day can help reduce weight gain as standing
in the exercise which is equal to walking exercise and definitely prevents
weight gain.
It is found
that standing burned 0.15 Kcal per minute instead of sitting.
Below an example is illustrated -
A calorie
is equal to 0.00012959782 Kg, so for example if you have to burn 5 kg weight in
one month you have to burn a total of 38580 Calories which is 1286 Calories in
one day.
1 Kilo
Calorie = 1000 Calorie, so you have to burn 1.286 Kcal in one single day for
which you will have to stand for like 8 hours in a day for burning that calorie
and reducing 5 kg weight only by standing.
Even if you
stand for 2 hours in a day you reduce your weight by 1.25 Kg with other
alternatives I have provided in this Article.
4. Drink a Lot of Water & Limit Your Intake of Added Sugar
Here the word added sugar does not mean eating Sugar but the sugar
level in blood which increases as an increase in intake of Sugar which comes in
the form of various types of different Junk Foods we eat.
Anything we
eat comes into our body in the form of Sugar, which increases by time and
causes Diabetes, which is an invitation to any & variety of diseases that
occur in day to day life.
If this
Sugar in the Body exceeds its limit diseases like Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer
& Heart Problems arise.
Half of the world is nearly consuming 15 Teaspoons of added sugar per day, in various types
of Foods this amount is hidden, so you may be consuming a lot of sugar without
even recognizing it.
Drink a Lot of Water
Drinking
water helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste, and acts as
an appetite suppressant.
Also, drinking more water helps
your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop those extra pounds
of water weight.
Because
water fast restricts calories, you will lose a lot of weight
quickly.

research shows that you may lose up to 2 Pounds (0.9 Kg) each day from 24 to
72-hour water fast. Unfortunately, a lot of weight Your loss may come from
