What is Insomnia?
Insomnia is a sleeping
disorder in which one is not able to sleep like an ordinary person.

1. Pumpkin seeds, Dry dates, Poppyseed, and Almonds
In this procedure, we will
use Pumpkin seeds, Dry dates, poppy seeds, and almonds.
In the human body, an amino
acid called Tryptophan plays an important role to have a good night's sleep.
Pumpkin seeds & Dry
dates include zinc along with Tryptophan properties that relax our mind and
promote good sleep.
Dry dates include good
antioxidant properties that help improve the supply of oxygen to the brain.
They both increase the
serotonin hormone in the brain that makes it relax.
For this, we have to prepare
